Three times I have printed, and cut the attached, but due to the ‘grainy’ appearance of the shadow, the cutline in Signlab is really jaggedy. I have tried to simplify it, but the cutter keeps running out, and due to the grey rectangle in the background, it isn’t suitable to print without contour cutting.

Could someone PLEASE apply a simple cutline, to include the shadow? I am meant to be applying this to a van tomorrow, but that is not going to happen now, unless a miracle happens!

I have Richard Langley out tomorrow to service the Versacamm, so hopefully the running out will be sorted.

    Thanks
    Lorraine (hot)

Just a quick message to thank Kevin publicly for emailing me the outline for the image I posted, it is far better than I had hoped for, brilliant!
I will print very early, and laminate/cut & apply late pm, hopefully that will be enough time for out gassing, and hopefully all will not be lost.

    Pleasure Lorraine.
A good blast of the heat gun before lamination,
    Hasn’t let me down yet!

Blast it with a heat gun from the back. That way you wont form a skin on the surface like paint.

    Good tip Martin.
Will use that next time I bugger up a print & have to reprint before the customer gets here. Always heard the horror stories about not outgassing properly but never had a failure yet I must admit, but your suggestion makes perfect sense
