    We did sample chicken cooked on a volcano though – seriously!

    Something like that Rob! (hot)

    Its on the top of Timanfayo volcano and there’s what looks like a large well but instead of cool water it throws out this BBQ heat. So the restaurant simply put chicken, fish, chops and other delightfuls there on a large grill and then you order lunch accordingly

    Its a hotspot with the locals
