James Martin Member June 6, 2009 at 1:00 pm Already ticked a box to all ways open this file with this program but it never worked on a retry Brian. Or rather it is opening the files now it just isnt showing the adobe symbol or letting me see a thumbnail. Lanza Member June 7, 2009 at 3:55 pm Try clicking on views which is the far right icon on the toolbar in the file folder you have open and click on thumbnails. Tony Peter Normington Member June 7, 2009 at 10:46 pm I dont think windows supports ai or eps thumbs, but I view them in bridge, which I think can be set as your default viewer? peter James Martin Member June 7, 2009 at 11:01 pm think I’ll try a reinstall Peter. There not picturing up even when I am browsing to open a file from illustrator. Strangely enough; from my documents, the files are showing up within folders but not on there own.
