For the last few mornings, when I start using our HP Latex 330 machine, a strange mist appears in our building, from the machine

Has anyone else had this problem?

    Thanks

    Nick

happens on my 26500 too, especially on heavy ink coverage such as large dark areas, it’s just steam coming from the water based inks, though it can get a bit heady by the time you realise that you need to open the doors!!

It’s just evaporation, nothing to worry about. However, your site prep guide should have it in it to have an extractor fan fitted in the room the printer will be used. It’ll only be apparent on heavy dark areas.

Also bare in mind that some reason it can trigger fire alarms… we’ve been their lol!

I thought mine was on fire…but it is condensation with the weather getting colder overnight….I may try a dehumidifier or warm up the room before I use…yes, and open the windows…
