What makes me most uncomfortable about something like this, is that our young women have it drummed into their heads that this is "real" beauty.
Then they diet and stress over their looks to attain this look.
I don’t know which is uglier, the gross lipstick, the fake tan, or the nasty-looking chesticles.

Couldn’t agree more Jill. I’d die if my own daughter came home in this state.
But something has to be said about the ethics of the Dr that did the b00b job in the first place. Really, someone has to start saying to these girls that what they want is not right. How bout some morality in these professional people. Unfortunately its all about greed these days.
This woman in the photo turns out is a porn queen, but still, what is attractive in that? It can’t be good or comfortable.

After much deliberation I have decided that given a choice I would prefer the examples shown in this picture
I have a sister in law with similar sized breasts – they are completely natural, but as she is in her mid 50’s they tend to hang somewhere around her waist 😕
The artificial versions (in this instance) look much better 😛

I think that what might be appropriate on a shapely eighteen year old doesn’t automatically make it the same on a seventy eight year old. And that goes for male as well as female.

at least the breast implants look as good as the day they were ‘fitted’
I’m afraid this grandma needs to realise that the days of being a head turner are over. granted, she still turns heads but for all the wrong reasons now 😮
