  • How to remove a job from VersaWorks without opening program

    Hi

I have got a job in VersaWorks that keeps crashing the program every time I select it in the queue. Is there a way of deleting the file from the queue from outside of the program?

    Thanks

i would try a search to find where its located then delete it. but also be prepared to reload VW in case you delete the wrong one.
case of think twice delete once.

‘Measure twice cut once’ comes to mind. Its a strange job though as for some reason it is now showing in the queue as a .tif file, but it is actually an eps. Anyone know why that might be?

OK got it. If anyone’s interested the input folder is:

    C:\Program Files\Roland VersaWorks\VersaWorks\Printers\VP-540\Job-A

Saved me a lot of hassle!

If you have no other jobs you want to keep you can initialize from the program start up menu.
