How to make boulders / rocks?
No idea why I said yes to this job but a good existing customer.
We have been asked to make some boulders that need to look like real stone.
My first thought was to get some blocks of polystyrene carve and paint but they also need to be hard so children can’t poke fingers in !Any further ideas ?

polystyrene is the way to go and coat with something like in the linkhttps://www.rosco.com/scenic/foamcoat.cfm
