how much do new blades for a graphtec plotter cost please?
Hi new to the industry and was wondering how much do new blades for a graphtec plotter cost? And how long they last?

last time I bought a Graphtec blade from Hexis it cost around £25.26 + vat
and we find blades last us at least 6 months, but then we don’t run the plotter from dawn till dusk so it only gets light usage 🙂 -
I used to use Renown blades from http://www.print1uk.com/ – about £5-6 each but now use the Smart knife (about £20) – just wack it in and away you go. I bought two so when one is blunt just send it back for sharpening (£9)- and use the other.
I couldn’t bring myself to spending £25 on one blade.
