    Hi,

How do you roll vinyl cut graphics for posting, graphics out or graphics in?

    Hi,

Graphics out is what I do as well- I guess the vinyl is wound this way on the roll anyway plus if the graphics are applied with tape it could lift in places when rolled outside-in (because of the circumference differences and tape being the flimsier material lifting/ crinkling?)

yep, graphics on outside, same on banners etc…

for banners, graphics out, but wrapped around the vinyls old card tube cores.
this prevents folding and creasing of the banner, but more so vinyl coming away from the banners if its been created in cut vinyl.

for vinyls, as long as you are NOT rolling tightly, its good to post vinyl graphics out in your old card tube cores.
obviously, paper co companies like Robert Horne sell various dimension card tubes for postal purposes with snap on end peices and the like. ideal for posting!

in either case above, do not over tighten when rolling up.
