This is a CE1000-60, if yours looks exactly the same then I would guess it is (?)

Looks similar to the P-Cut, definitely looks like it comes from China.

    Is it USB?

Just plug it in and see what windows calls it when it finds it!

The cutter you have is a Refine clone, they are assembled by 40+ factories in China and carry the same components. Older machines will have a 2 ports, 1 serial and 1 parallel. Later cutters have 3 port marked USB, its actually a USB to serial device.

You should have a cd included that has the USB/Serial driver, check Windows Device Manager in the ports section and the cutter will be shown as USB Serial Com* – in you cutting program you choose this com number in the cutter setup.

Not a bad cutter, cheap and should give reasonable performance – not a Graphtec though.

Any Chinese driver should work (except Creation) as they all use the same mainboard/firmware. Look for Refine, Ucut, Liyu, Rabbit etc I don’t know your software but I assume they have the correct drivers.

The seller should really point you in the right direction.

Just out of interest what made you think you had a Graphtec Plotter to start with? Was it advertised as a Graphtec Plotter or as being similar to a Graphtec Plotter?

Its the same as my cutter.
Mines called the bridge pro, using artcut you dont need a printer driver.
You set it up as using com3 or com2 using the usb to serial driver thing and set the baud rate to 4800(i think) and it should cut.
If you havent got the drivers and cant find them PM me and ill gladyl upload an ISO of the driver disk i got, defo the same plotter.
