i have had the same problem since day one.
Does anyone know where the Prefs are stored so I can bin them and see what happens ?

There was some discussion on the toolbars on the Cadlink forum, so do a search there, I seem to remember there was a tech note explaining the tool bar and registry settings to get it back. Rod may well pop up and ellaborate.

It sounds like the "SignLab71R.ini" configuration file has somehow become corrupted. Please do the following:
- Shut down SignLab.
- Go to your SignLab install directory.
- Delete the "SignLab71R.ini" file (this contains temporary configuration data).
- Launch SignLab and customize your toolbars.
- Shut down SignLab and relaunch to confirm that settings are fixed.

The "SignLab71R.ini" is a temporary file that gets created when SignLab launches, and the configuration data in there is referred to when SignLab shuts down.
Did you complete all steps that I indicated (i.e., shut down SignLab, delete file, launch SignLab, configure toolbars, and then shut down SignLab again)?
Cheers,
Rod

At this point, it appears that your toolbar info needs to be reset in the Windows registry. However, I am wary of giving directions for people to tweak their registry settings, and I would advise contacting the CADlink UK Tech Support and get them to walk you through the procedure.
Nick, are you okay with this?

Ok Rod, thank you for your help, what if I just re-intall SL?

That would work, though it’s like using a sledge hammer to strike a gnat. The registry fix is actually pretty straight-forward, but I’d prefer someone guiding you hands on.

I do not have a problem doing reg mods.Hi Nick,
Sorry for late response. I did not receive an e-mail notification that you had sent me personal message, and so I did not notice I had message in my inbox.
Please toss me another personal message with your e-mail that I can send instructions to. As a "supplier," I am under board rules to not PM users, and as such I was prevented from responding to your PM.
Cheers,
