  • how do i fix Flat Cut Letters to Cladded Warehouse please?

I have a client who wishes to go for flat cut letters on his warehouse.
The warehouse is cladded with the "tin" aluminium, this is my only fix as he doesn’t want to use a sign tray nor a flat board.
The flat cut letters will be fixed to the aluminium cladding, however the cladding is not flat, it has a recess every 150mm or so which makes fixing awkward.
What is the best way to fix letters to this kind of cladding where the surface is irregular?

What about a couple of horizontal ally rails coloured to match the cladding?

The bigger the letters, the easier it will be:
Use a long strip of scrap material and mark the cladding pattern on it. Then transfer these marks to your drilling template (before you have attached the locators to the letters). Place the letters on the template and use these marks as a guide to tell you where to fix the locator studs to the letters.

Andy….this is something like what i had in mind, however i’m not sure that i can do this with some of the smaller text.
I was going to get some small tubing (hollow like a bic pen) and use a longer screw to fix these letters to the cladding.
