    Hi

Easy one for most of you guys but after 2 hours messing Ive resorted to a plea of help.

In corel draw 11 what is the easiest way of drawing a simple border with inverted rounded corners for screw fixings like in the attached pic. I’ve tried welding a acr to the corner of a rectanle with no success.

    Many thanks for you time

    Russ

TRIM is what you want. It’s in the same place as the weld tool. Trim the circle from the box, then outline the box to get your thickness. Make sure you turn off the tick boxes that appear in the trim dialog box.

Not that it will help you in this instance but X3 now has scollop, chamfer and round corners in it.
