    Hi all.

When exporting a file & saving it as a JPEG, the quality is awfull (72dpi)

How do I improve this? I can’t send my customers blocky proofs!

Also, when exporting in Ai, despite everything being ungrouped & all text converted to paths, I still can’t get it to open in Photoshop without it giving me the Parser module warning.

It’s driving me nuts! What am I doing wrong?

    Cheers,

    Gwaredd.

    Hi Mate

when exporting as a JPEG, make sure you untick the supress options tick box when the export options box comes up – at the very bottom of the box. You can then change DPI export settings – annoyingly the maximum is 600 though.

With regards to AI, EPS etc. export options in Flexi then this is only one of two real problems I have with the software – it just doesn’t work properly sometimes. Bits of the design can just disapear!! Can’t help you mate on that. Sure its a bug.

    Cheers
    Macky

Cheers for that, but it says I haven’t enough disk space, so try reducing the dpi. Thing is, I’m running two near empty 150GB hard drives! 🙄

    What now?

Scratch that, sussed it. Whole image was too large (by size) so reduced it to 5% & voila, a nice crisp 300dpi JPEG.

    Cheers mate.

    Hi
set up a template (A4) with your company details (in file menu), then whilst you have your file open, just apply template it automatically opens new page with template & your design with all of your company details. You can then print or export as it is only an A4 page.

    Hope this helps
