Hello to everyone. I stumbled across this site with looking for engraving web pages. I’ve been in the engraving trade for 15 years and currently use pacer and suregrave machines.
Love the site even though its more dedicated to vinyl work.
I’m gonna try and pass on some of my engraving hints and tips if anyone is intrested.
Lets show these fancy vinyl peeps that you can’t beat a good engraving. -

welcome to the boards mate..
ide gladly welcome tips, advice, pictures etc even a demo if you have one up your cuff 😉
i use an AXYZ machine and did a nice engraving job for a dentist just yesterday morning actualy. the reason i dont load the site with lots of stuff on engraving and routering is basicaly because i dont class myself as a professional. yes i do use the router day to day but im not standing routing/engraving all day & running different types of work day in day out..
ide welcome any tips you have when cleaning materials like brass, after back filling a milled out letter with paint.
i can do it pretty easily but i basicaly work by the book.. would like some tips here and there.. if you have anything, stick it into sign fabrication forum mate..
