• Hi from Australia

    Hi Everyone,

It’s Warrick here, from sunny Queensland, Australia. Just writing to say how much enjoyment I have had reading comments from this site. It is great to see people willing to work together whilst still able to have a laugh. I have had several years in the sign industry and due to the frustrations we found in our business on laminating and the like, led to me designing our own product. Keep up the great work. 😎

Hi, did you say your name is Warrick or is that your location in Queensland? Not sure, we have a Warrick in the UK.

Welcome to the boards, however I must remind you that you may find several references to something called the “Ashes”, please don’t get too offended by them. :lol1:

Ah, so you are the EzyTaper guy. Looks good machine, have you got any online Video’s of how to use it?

    Hey mate!

How ya going. Long time no see 😮

Ezy taper saved my life again today, but I suppose you get sick of hearing that 😛

I hear rumours that you are branching out to other parts of the world with your little invention.

Have you been to the UK yet to show these fine people what us lot here in the colonies have got over them? I refer of course to the ezy taper … if you know whats good for you, I’d suggest you just pretend the ashes never happened… .

Good to hear from you buddy.

    Talk soon…..

Warrick, going to make a suggestion. Rules state your not allowed to advertise, but if you put your email / website details in your “Profile” see above, some of the members here will be able to contact you directly.

I would be interested in learning more, as I said I have seen vids of the other taper product and thought that was good, also very keen on the WM Smith Flat Bed Laminator, https://www.uksignboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=9771

So, would be interested in knowing more… I am still in the dark on costs… also, is there any servicable parts to consider? and will u have a UK agent soon? will this be at Sign UK 2006 as that would be the ideal time.

Hi everyone, Thanks for the tip Dave have done that. There is a distributor in the UK – Yes the Ezy Taper will be at the UK 2006 sign show. Sorry if we get it wrong and it seems like we are advertising, we will get use to what is acceptable and what is not, we do not wish to offend anyone. Simon, we hope to be able to visit soon. We hope to meet a lot of you in our travels around the world. It will be great to see how things are done on the other side of the world in the sign industry. You can never learn too much hey.

Warrick, you probably met most of the letterheads guys at the sign show in Sydney anyway. I know when I was there at your stand, a few of the guys going to the meet were there as well, all the local guys. Michael George and staff at Mgsigns in Cardiff are the hosts this time, and I am sure most of the Newcastle/Gosford/Central Coast guys I met on your stand would be going anyway. They would have been at the sign awards on the Friday night too, I’d imagine. I didn’t go to the awards as I had not entered this year, but next year I’ll have some designs entered for sure.
