Help with ink left in the cartridges ?
I replaced the cyan (2) cartridge with the same eco sol max ink and the magenta(3) went to full and the cyan stayed at empty, I have tried refreshing and switching on and off but is there a reset button or something anywhere, I have did quite alot of printing with the cyan on empty but its a new cartridge, any ideas ? SP540

to my knowledge the only reset is to remove and refit the cart. or it may just not be seating correctly.
if that does not cure it then the micro switch has been damaged or the white blade tag on the cart is faulty.

Thanks chris , tried reseating it and the rest of them with no success, even put the empty one back in and it didnt change, it has made the magenta jump from half full to full, the chip might have effected the lot possibly.
