help sourcing projecting sign please?
As you can probably glean from my subject title, I’m not overly sure if I have the correct name for what I’m asking for 😳 I think they’re called a ‘pan’, but basically I need to be able to make a metal sign, 3ft square, that looks to be 2" deep. Where would the best place to buy something like this?
Also I need to light it in some way, I’d thought of putting an overhead light on it, anyone have any more innovative solutions?
I feel like a newbie all over again, its cool 😀

The other option is to make your own from Dibond or similar.

Thats right, dibond or similar. To do the job right though you’re going to need a router and rivet gun. I can’t post here so I’m sticking a pic of an example we made for one of our shops in ‘show us your stuff’. This is as good if not better than any of the big boys can do.
If you don’t get sorted, PM the dims and colour and I’ll give you a price for us to do it.

I’m still working on the design of it as its got to look ‘contemporary’ 🙄 😕 I remember seeing something done at SignUK with the DiBond, I think that was done with a router. I’ll be in touch though Gary, as and when 😀 Thank you!
Any ideas on the lighting for it? I saw a sign in the lake district with a type of tube lighting housed in a trough above the sign, no idea (again) what its called or how difficult that would be to obtain/fit, but it could be the right thing.
