    Hi guys

    After a four month break from working with a glasgow based digital printing company I have decided to get from behind my Mac and invest in some kit.

    After visiting SignUK and negotiaiting with various suppliers, I have decided to buy a Mutoh Valujet 1640, Summa cutter with Opus X and an Easymount 1580 hot laminator.

    I know there’s a discussion re the operational and print quality of the Mutoh so I will pass feedback on the boards regularly. Expecting delivery of all the kit this week and install and training next week.

    I probably seek a lot of help as I get started, but if I can offer any help to others from the design side I’d be happy to help.

    Looking forward to exciting and no doubt frustrating times ahead. :funky:

    to be honest i havent heard of any issues of the new mutoh value-jet just the modified full solvent ones. even then im dubious about the rumours. time will tell i geuss…
