Well almost lost for words – great site – thank you for the ad in Sign Update – so many questions about 64,000 to start with!! 😮
Since I,ve found this probably 3hrs ago I,ve missed the lotto, but I won’t
need it now with all the things I’ve already learnt without even talking to any of you yet. Yes I,m fairly new to vinyl signs etc. couple of years as sideline and 4 months fulltime, now I know I made the right decision best xmas present for years.
Gotta go and have a pint
Be back soon – thanks again

    Hi Mike! (hot) (hot) (hot)

Welcome indeed to the best signsite on the web…well we all like to think so anyway 😉

Get stuck in, check in everyday cus’ things happen ‘real time’ here and if you’ve a question – chances are someone will answer before too long.

Glad you found us and we look forward to hearing from you too. No question is too simple and nothing (sign related) is taboo – we all had to start somewhere and know just what it’s like!

    more soon

    the other mike!

Just a thought. Are you running windows XP? Try installing on a machine with an older version of windows and see if you have the same problem. It may be that the cutter driver you’re trying to install is not compatible with xp. If this is the case, you’ll need to download a driver designed for use with XP.

sorry i cant help mate i dont have signgo light and its been ages since i last installed the drivers for my plotters.
best thing to do though is ask this in the “sign software” forum or sign topics… some may not read this post as it is in “say hello” forum. so they dont think a question is being asked so may not look at the post…

did that make sense? 😕 😆

just a security thing is all… not being aukward honest 😉
also the show us your stuff forum has some broken picture links so its not just your comp thats not showing it. this should be fixed tonight tough. we are working on it right now 😉

Hi Mike and welcome to the UKSG, theres lots of useful info on the boards if you need to find out about something just use the search at the top of the page and if you still cant find the answers just ask.
Hope you have sorted your problem with windows xp, might be worth contacting the makers of signgo, they have been on the site in the past and seemed quite helpful.

    Hello Mike,

The reason you’re seeing the “Oops” message is because you need to select the active cutter before clicking Next, even if you’re installing only one. SignGo Lite allows you to install multiple cutter drivers, but needs to know which one you’re actually going to cut with. Just select your cutter in the right-hand box, then click Active before clicking Next

I take it the 100 would come up after his name after about 4 overs !!
