My name is Cassandra Simpson, I am a beginner in sign making and I need a lot of help!! I have a creative talent but cannot seem to get graphics to the vector format so I can use them 😥 ! welcome to the boards!bit of a funny intro…not sure what you were telling or if you were asking! 😆 😆
anyway, not to worry.. we will all chip in and help you in whatever way we can. if we can… 🙄 feel free to ask what ever sign related question you have… 🙂as for the casemate! did you purchase it from a dealer. if so you should be able to request the software again as long as you have the disk and the dongle code! infact you probably can download the software
from there site. but will need the dongle to run it.
if you had lost the dongle then that would be a different matter.. call casmate and explain. im sure if they charge you somthing then it will be minimal.. $30 or somthing.just out of curiosity.. how did you find this website?

Yeah..my intro was kind of written while I prepared supper and tried to search the web.
That is how I found the site.. searching..for vector art. I’m attempting to create a logo with an ANCHOR (nautical) and can’t seem to convert the one I have to cuttable format.. 😥Sorry for the weird intro.. but hello and I’m new…treat me with TLC.

Like Rob said post the file & I am sure we can have a good go at converting it.
Casmate is not the easiest program for a beginner to learn 😥

I use casmate – Casmate pro 6.52.
I find it to be a good program – Unfortunately it’s no longer supported (so you may have problems getting a replacement program). 😥
If so it’s time to switch to Signlab – You may find a dealer is prepared to give you a preferential price if you trade in your casmate dongle and make the switch to Signlab 🙂 .

You don’t even have to trade your dongle Phill. All they want is a photcopy of the dongle or a copy of your receipt.
