Hell with printing graphics on cling vinyl can anyone help
Hi there
for the last few weeks i have been trying to make a sticker about 8″ X 5″ in size which is die cut to its own shape
I need the sticker to be able to be reusable and residue free, hence i decided to use static cling.
I also need to be able to print on this sticker in full photo quality and for it to have a part that is transparent in the middle of the graphic. that is transparent. The actual image doesn’t need to be reversed on the static cling as the sticker needs to face outwards (i.e not backed up by the glass)
I then found out it is not possible to print such high res on static cling so then i decided to print onto vinyl and then overlay onto the static cling. Which then leaves the issue of having to cut the vinyl first so i have the transparent part in the middle before overlaying onto the static cling so u can see through the hole.
However it is working out very labour intensive to actually manually take each sticker and overlay on static cling. Can anyone shed any light of an easier method????
it would be much appreciatedRegards
Ash
