    Gray,
I recently was attending a sign show and this topic came about. They have taken a drying agent out of the paint, the problem is this is what caused it to bond with vinyl. I’ve used this for many of years with great results.
I’ll dig through my notes and see if I can find the chemical name. Frog Juice colors still use it.

i know there is probably good reason.. but why take somthing out if it decreases the quality of your product… if there is reason, surely there should be an alternative they could use. 🙄

Lots of products are not what they used to be, I know pigments are not what they were, with strong US rules One Shot , although backed by a great bunch of people is not the product it used to be and through no fault of the manufacturer.

Perhaps its the same with Krylon? Certain additives etc are prohibited and the nature of the product changes

…if it was Toluene I can understand it being removed…in chemistry we were taught that Toluene is nasty stuff and just inhaling it causes immediate damage to the lining of the windpipe and the lungs!!!

…unless, like Rob, you’re used to swiggin’ the meths! *drink*

    more soon
