    I doubt it, but it is maybe 3mm acrylic with vinyl fitted to the rear.
    You can get matt/satin finish acrylic but its most likely just weathered dull.

    It is indeed 3mm grey acrylic with white vinyl lettering and its dull with age.
    Regardless, the first thing you need to know before lifting a finger is to give him a quick indication of price. This type of thing is sold cheap. I don’t mean acrylic, I mean house signs.
    I think you would be lucky, to match what he is telling you he has and get £30 for it!

    Fine, if you have a CNC router, you would cut this oval in no time, cut vinyl and put on the face. but you STILL have to have acrylic in the colour he wants etc etc.

    just my opinion mate, just be careful not to waste your time on “more hassle than they are worth” type jobs.
