Just about to put a ham in the oven.
Did all my "big" cooking yesterday.
Also having corned beef, potato salad, pickled eggs and beets, green bean casserole, and pineapple upside down cake.
Yum!
It’s a cold one today, but at least there is no snow.

😀 Happy Easter from me too.
I’ve had a nice day. Cooked a fab roast turkey with all the trimmings and now we’re playing Guitar Hero World Tour ( that was Emily’s easter egg!) but I’m pants 😳 Managed to play The Joker the full way through but failed miserably at Oasis! Emily is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too good!

Had a nice Easter BBQ today whilst doing up the wife’s car its been a lovely day happy Easter to all!! 😛

Had a great time here too. I was kayaking on Loch Lomond on Saturday (have sunburnt face to show for it) and spent yesterday at Blair Drummond Safari Park. I only have a 2 day week ahead so that’s even better!
