Happy Easter everyone, I hope you all have a nice holiday weekend. Anyone got anything nice planned?
Quiet one for me …. tonight Emily and I are cooking for my mum and my niece, I’m cooking indian. Not done it for ages and the smell in the house after grinding the spices and heating them is divine! 😀
No doubt a few drinks and a play on the wii will be on the cards too.
Lazy day tomorrow followed by easter dinner at my mums on sunday.The weather has been great today – but think it’s downhill all the way from here tho 🙁
Anyway, hope you all get some time off and have a great Easter xx

I’m going clay pigeon shooting on Sunday. Something I’ve never tried before. It was a Christmas present from my mother in law. She bought a gift card for all the men in the family so I’ll be going with my son, brothers in law (2), Father in law and nieces husband. Hopefully no one will get trigger happy and we’ll all return in one piece 😕

I should do it more often because I find it a pleasant way to spend a couple of hours. Loose off a few boxes of cartridges, then into the cafe for a good old fried breakfast, before returning to work.

busy one here!! I get my new JV33, cutter and Laminator on THursday and I havent even built a room for them yet!! aghhh!!

Our weather is gorgeous.
Yesterday I went on a canoe trip that had shades of Deliverance.
Today I am making potato salad and pineapple upside down cake.
And there is a hockey game on TV at 1PM.
Tomorrow I am cooking corned beef and a small ham (still sick of ham from Christmas) for sandwiches and we will also eat the stuff I make today.
I am also going to church with my daughter and her boyfriend, and his grandmother.
May stop at my sister’s later on, I have a new great-niece whom I’ve not seen yet.
This will be the first year I am not making Easter baskets for the kids, they are each getting a 6-pack of Reese’s peanut butter eggs and that’s that. I did buy Mom a box of candy, but gave it to her already because it kept whispering to me to eat it.

not long back and my goodness the quality of the signage was shocking…worse than the work Ive seen in certain areas of Glasgow, there Ive said it…only because it really annoyed me :lol1: 😀
