I feel good too, Nik.
I only had 1 beer!
I am a very cheap date.
It used to take me 2 beers to get hammered, then I worked it up to 4
after visiting the UK and Canada, where beer is much stronger.
In October, one night I drank 8 beers and was sick as a dog the next day.
So I am adhering to an old rule of my Mom’s.
Three drinks maximum.
It gives me a good buzz but no regrets the next day.
Life is too short to be spent praying to the porcelain god.

Ewwww hangovers …. dont you just hate the swirling feeling you get in your belly and the way your ears go sensitive and the heavy head you get .. you could swear someone was sitting on top of you :lol1:

I’ve only ever had one (the morning after my stag night) and I can drink all night and be up in the morning as bright as a button. Just one of God’s little gifts, for which I am duly grateful.

We stayed over at someone’s house and they made a massive fry up in the morning. Best cure there is.
