  • Hanging vertical banners from a roof indoors

    Hi

Need some advice and suggestions on best way to hang banners from the ceiling of an office, it’s very high and there will be a number of different sizes in length and width and also how high it will hang from the roof.

Customer has their own team who will fit them so it’s supply only but not sure what is the best way to make them for then to hang?

    Many thanks

    Warren

    hi warren
we normally fit with 1mm cable and gripples with a pole through the hem
make sure you have a hem or something down the sides to stop them curling in on themselves

Guess it would depend on how they intend to hang them Warren, easiest way for you would just to do a pole pocket at each end which would mean they would have to supply their own hanging bars. If you want to make it a bit easier for them then supply them with a hanging strip.

What is it you actually have to supply? Are you supplying everything or just the banners and they will supply their own string lol

You can use this method, they are meant to be cables running down the sides.

Thanks guys, these banners are 1.4m wide and 10m long, double sided and need to have a pole at the top to keep it flat/straight as the fixings points are narrower than the banner.

I’ve had a quote from a company for the banners but they said they don’t have a pole system strong enough and only covers 4sqm size, this banner is 14sqm.

anybody know another supplier for large banners who will supply heavy duty fixings?

    cheers
