Hanging banner Brackets/poles suppliers
Hi Everyone
we quoted on a hanging double sided banner last week, I followed up the quote yesterday and was told someone else was given the job.
When this happens i always ask, may I ask what their quote was, so i could revise our prices….
They quoted £170 + VAT fitted.
I`m at a loss on how they could quote such a figure.
The brackets and tensioning thingies were £130 a pair. That leaves £40 to produce the banner and fit????
Which I think no one would be stupid enough to do, so was i quoted too much for my brackets?

I didn`t see the quote, but she said it went to someone else, so she wasn`t trying to get me to reduce my quote

i have used these a good few times. other than sometimes a bit slow on delivery, i cant fault their system for a budget type projecting banner system.
just make sure you dont overdo the banner size and stick to the speck as
they are built for a specific windload.fixings wise use thunderbolts and a socket set. masonary drill with 7mm masonary bit. the company will probably sell you these as part of the kit anyway.
as you can see, under £70 for a pair.
the price is way too cheap in my opinion. cant remember off hand what we charge as its been somtime since ive done any projecting banners.
ive attached an old picture of 3 our guys fitted some years ago using the same system.
