Hi all been so busy but needed to post this job which has taken some time to put together due to bigger size fascia and other small problems due to new shop front fitting.
Stainless letters made by Applelec which are great quality along with slone 180 LEDs behind poly backs on locators, the letter fixings had to be changed due to the fact if at a later date an LED goes down we can remove the letters without removing tray and please note no fixing screws to side of letters which really has made for a clean looking letter. At this point I would like to thanks Sam at Applelec for putting up with my requests for different fittings and spacers ! Thanks Sam !
Ali tray powder coated to RAL colour not fitted as normal to angle but we constructed a frame as the drop of the sign has been increased by 250mm and there would have been no way to fix the top rail. New light box which was also powder coated to match.
Just to add we took 2 day on site to fit this and finished just before it was dark so the LEDs are still strong, went passed last night and its so bright in the dark.

Nice One Rich. looks good mate.and another for the portfollio.

What fixings were used out of interest, was it the brass awkward screw jobbies?

Always better with no visible screws on letters I agree

John complete new flashing from top of sign tray back in to secret gutter, which was all lead work.
Martin the screw fitting were same as the brass ones but we used chrome finished. The complete job was made in our workshop and checked before installation including fitting and wiring each letter. We made a wiring loom at the rear of the sign.
    Thanks Rich

    Well it’s not a secret anymore is it Rich :lol1: :lol1: :lol1:

Great looking job as I have come to expect from you, you could get a job as a roofer if your doing lead work, bet there aren’t to many people about doing that now.
