Not the best music I’ve heard but kinda likeable.

The band whose track I’m listening to a lot just now is a Dublin band called The Script. I LOVE this song.

    NOTHING LIKE THE SONG SIMON PUT UP!!!!!!!! ๐Ÿ˜ฎ :lol1: :lol1: :lol1: :lol1:

yeah ‘We Cry’ was their first single. Going to see them play live at King Tuts Wah Wah Hut next month, taking Em for her birthday she likes them too ( she doesn’t know I have tickets). ๐Ÿ™‚ Their debut album is released next month.
    His voice is brilliant.

Oh, and another band me and Em are checking out next month is a band called Proud Mary. Brilliant voice too.

๐Ÿ˜€ ๐Ÿ˜€ Your man in The Script is like a junior Sting, good song though….hadn’t heard them…..Proud Mary are excellent…..heard them before.

I wanna go to this Parisian bar!…..some great stuff on these albums. Listening to a lot of it these days ๐Ÿ˜€

    NOAHWAY!
Lyrics and lead (p)uke by George Formby.
Could be Eurovision type crap pap except itยดs so dull.
Will lead to mass suicide if heard in Bridgend.

Bring back Lee Marvin. He had a better voice.

Like Peter, just my opinion….even though weยดre all wrong.

    I dunno..

I reckon great music recording is mainly down to the producers. . Great aural soundscapes are not created by individual artists but are the sum of the artist, the producer and the sound engineers. The Beatles would never have achieved anything if it wasn’t for the creative input and guidance of George Martin.

I think that finally we are beginning to recognise this fact with the recent accolades poured upon Mark Ronson – he’s not a rock or pop star but a talented music producer.

The Sugarbabes "about you now" must rank as one of the greatest pop songs ever made. But not because of any of the creative input from any of the "sugarbabes" themselves, but because of the work of the sound engineer that produced the recording.

totally agree with you phil, one of the brilliant jobs i would love to dabble in ๐Ÿ˜€ my friends husband is a sound engineer, and i have been offered to see him work from start to finish at a gig, one of his jobs is doing the edinburgh hogmany music ๐Ÿ˜€
