Graptec CE3000 – Adobe illustrator with Cutting Master
hi there,
We have just recently purchased the Graphtec CE3000 and we are using Adobe Illustrator with the Cutting Master plug in sent with this. We have been using it for a week now no problems until the last two days. The Cutting master software will not open. We open our document, select cutting master, then click on settings but nothing then happens, when before a box appeared with like a preview screen.
We have totally removed both illustrator and cutting master twice and reinstalled then it eventually appeared again, but it has done the same today and this time we can’t get it back working.
Any ideas would be great.

could it be conflicting with another software package using simular shared files. what i mean is do you have any other packages running at the same time these two are running that may cause a confliction.
could you have a virus?
if your running windows xp, check the software is compatible.
im not good onn these type of questions mate because ive been off the tools, as they say for some time now.. computer/tool that is.. 😉

Are you on a Mac or PC?
Which OS are you working on?
What version of Illustrator are you using?
Sorry to ask so many questions, but it is difficult to suggest anything without a bit more info.

Dont know anything about Cutting Master, is it dongle protected, if so check to see if it has’nt moved ?
