Graphtec must be well built.
I have owned 3 cutters to date Roland PNC5000, Summa DC610 and Graphtec CE3000 MK2 120.
I have to admit i liked the Summa best and find the Graphtec tempremental and would hesitate to recommend a Graphtec altough mine has not had any major issues.
My opinion of Graphtecs has gone up today as far as reliability goes, I have my first order to supply trade print to the biggest sign company in my area, whilst over there the other day i noticed the front of one of there Graphtecs (they have 5) and all of the plating has been worn away from the curved plate at the front, when i say all i mean there is barely a trace, one can only guess at how much vinyl that machine has cut in its lifetime but the answer is a lot.
I spoke to the operater and he says new blades and a couple of services is all it has had and is about 7 years old.
Regards
Russell.
