    I just have to let everyone know of the outstanding service that I have received AGAIN from this company…in this day and age, the one thing this company has over others Ive used IS their amazing bend over backward service…

    Yup they were great in helping me set up my machines when i started, even though i didn’t buy my machine from them

    Yes as you Ewan, my Roland was messing me about and they talked me through what to do and I didn’t buy the machine from them….wont buy my inks from anywhere else now….(and the prices and quality are good!)
    couldn’t ask for more really….

    It is nice to hear you are satisfied with our efforts – We are aware that there are lots of places you can go to buy similar products to ours so we like to think that if we offer good customer service along with a competitive price it will retain your custom! 🙂
