I had £20 in gift vouchers from a regular customer yesterday and he gave a bottle to my mate across the road because I leave his posters with him for collection on Saturdays as I am closed then.
Its the thought that counts! 😀

It’s good to get some appreciation for the work that you do. I think a lot of us get great satisfaction from our work which is why this is such a great industry to be in.

Had a call from a local council that I do work for "Can I put an eyelet in a banner" Yep I say, bring it in. "How much" No charge said I.
I ended up putting in 10 eyelets. No problem. They say "Thank you" and leave. Then the lady returned and gave me a gift wrapped tin of biscuits and said "Sorry, I almost forgot to give you this"
Not doing to badly this year at the moment 😀

Had two calls this week the day after the jobs were done and collected to say thanks what an excellant job…. We were bound to get a satisfied customer one day….but TWO !

Had various gestures of thanks from customers, invites to their works Christmas dues, the best to date a customer who’s brother paints reverse on glass, a framed painting of an F1 Ferrari driven by who else but Michael S.
Yes I am an avid fan.
