Looking for a good printable t shirt vinyl for use with versacamm. Have used easy print from xpres which gives great quality prints, however when doing any print that is quite large I can really notice how thick the vinyl is.

Does anybody know of any good thin vinyl for tshirt prints.

I have seen something called heat soft from Roland but cannot find any suppliers, has anybody used this if so is it any good and where is best to place to buy?

Hi Stu, that’s about the thinest you can get for t shirt printable, Iv’e tried loads. Anything that takes up a large area is going to seem thick. I have been doing some with a 350mm wide printed circle on the back, they feel quite odd to wear. But thats the nature of the beast i’m afraid.

The only real way around it is to screen print or use sublimation tshirts. Thats what we do.

    I hope this helps
