    Hi Folks,
I am looking to replace my old Corel and Adobie sotwear with newer versions, Does anyone know of decent suppliers. The people I use only sell sign related softwear.
    Cheers

hi, ebuyer is fab but no after sales as that reflects in the cheap prices, they are just warehouses.

If you have legal Corel Draw and legal Adobe software, there is upgrade paths but you got to becareful on jumping versions. eg Corel 9 to Corel 13 (I don’t think this is possible.)

    Hi,
The problem is as you have said jumping from Corel 8 up to the latest,
I was thinking it would not be much more expensive to replace old stuff with completely new.

I have upgraded from Corel 6 to 11 via ebay, but make sure it is a legit copy WITH MANUALS AND KEYCODE! Cost me 50squids and was well happy.

You can upgrade to Corel V12 from virtually any version, normally this will require either a previous version to be already installed or at least the disk (you will be prompted to put it in the drive at some point for varification) Version 8 or lower may require a number from Corel Services. V12 is head and shoulders better than V8 with updated import and export filters but will only run on W2000/XP and is better suited to a system with a bit of power, make sure you download SP1 and also the eps patch. Works well with Signlab. I bought mine from Insight and paid £127.00 + VAT I’m sure there are good deals out there if you look.
