    hi my valuejet was printing while i was away, there seems to be a problem with my bulk ink yellow, it had ink in the top tank but wasnt dripping into the lower so it had ran out, i sorted this problem but i cant get yellow down the tube to the head?? ive put it thru strong flushes and tried printing solid yellow to forse it to suck thru but no joy yet 🙁 anyone able to help me on this one?

    Best bet would be to get a syringe and pull it through gently from the damper. Once you’ve got rid of the air, put the damper back on the head and run a clean and it should all flow nicely again.

    Cheers stafford, i did that 🙂 i googled the problem and found a guy asking the same question, someone told him what to do so i did a bit of open heart surgery to it, gave all the dampers etc a good cleaning and anything that needed it so its back to life 🙂

    John, for future reference should something like this happen again. It’s a good idea to change the small "O" seal if you disturb the dampers. Read a few times on forums that people had problems with air ingress after replacing the dampers & not changing them.

    yes Martin i read that myself and checked the o ring out while i was in there, so i know where it is etc 🙂 thanks
