    Hi all,

I have been merrily printing away on the Gerber today with no hint of a problem. At one point I moved on to another image from the gspplot and started to print that immediately after the initial print run I had done of another design.

I noticed that there was no registration mark printed this time, and as I had moved the vinyl forward a fraction before starting the second print, I abandoned / cancelled this print.

Now, for some reason, I cannot get the Gerber to print the registration mark on anything at all and have no idea what I have done to upset the balance here. I have reset the Edge a number of times, closed down the software, switched off the Edge and cutter but I am still getting the same thing when I print.

I have no idea how I would cut without the registration marks being there for me to line things up with via my little mag glass.

If you can help me I will love you forever, I have four jobs to complete tonight ready for courier shipment tomorrow 😮

I know it must be something simple that I have done, but I just can’t seem to get it back on track again.

    Many thanks !

    Saph 🙂

    Hi Jason,

I am using Omega. Sorry I should have said.

    Thanks

HI, we use Omega, you’ll find the problem in the output section, this is from memory so my terminology is probably way out. Once you sent your designs through to the ‘printing section’ you can click on the printer and foil icon, this will give you the opportunity to ad abrasion guards etc, it will also give you a list of foils you are using, if you have a look on the right hand side it will tell you which colour is printing the cross hair, just knock it on r off I think.

    Thankyou !! Sorted.

I can’t believe what I was doing lol. I had left a colour in from the previous print run and just hit reverse colour print – I hadn’t even noticed the little ‘T’ mark on the right. Had I continued to print and switch to the second colour the registration mark would have been printed.

Thankyou so much for your help !
