I can’t believe it’s nearly upto the full asking price of a new one.

perhaps Argos should adopt this marketing stratagy

    Hi Paul

I saw your post this morning an found it brilliant too. As I sell some stuff on eBay and have an eBay shop I thought that I would try a different sort of marketing technique by being the highest bidder and hopefully people looking at his listing may click through to my shop and buy stuff.

Since I put my bid in this am at about 10-30 a whopping 4000 people have looked at his listing. Unfortunately not many of them (none) have bought anything as yet from me. Anyway still got 7 days till listing finishes and £15 beats Googles’ advertising costs any day.

This has got to be a wind up surely, as Paul said £205 and it’s had nearly 40,000 hits. If it’s not a wind up what do people think they are buying?

Now £225 & over 41,000 hits! The Q&A’s are still very amusing though!
