    Hey Chris,

I’m always in shorts except for weddings and formal occasions. I like the fresh air in that region.

    🙂

very nice job, id like to have a go at wrapping soon, it looks like hard work, but fun and rewarding, not sure if i’d want to be doing it all the time though?!?!

He’s not telling lies either, remember the job in bexhill Matt? -2 degrees, bracing northerly wind, and you on top of the scaffold in shorts and a Hawaiian shirt with matching woolly hat? mad i say!

Nice job there Jason, well done!

Sorry no pics of the tank wrap. I did the front, tank and rear cowling the day before my brother came to give me a hand thus no pics of me working on it.

Tank process print your sheet a lot larger then the tank. Start from the top and work your way right around. I took it a small amount of material at a time. Relaxed the vinyl once it started gathering then layed it down. I found using a glove with my finger was easier then using a squeegee. I did put in two relief cuts because I had so much vinyl gathering up it had to go somewhere. You can’t really pic up the relief cuts tho with the flame pattern.

Everyone who has seen the job think its been air brushed.

I wouldn’t want to do bikes daily. We fitted my car quicker then I did this bike.

The EZ RS has held up a lot better than I thought it would. The bike has been out on around 5 track days at the moment. Its still is on how I fitted it. Only spots it did come up a touch is on the tank at the bottom where the welds are. Maybe I should of cut above the welds so it finished on a flat portion instead of the weld.
