Forum access – how long does membership take?
Do you not give people access to the forums over the weekend or do you wait till monday b4 giving access to the paid for forums.
Subscribed saturday but still unable to get access to demo’s etc.
No probs if its monday btw. 🙄 -

As theres no mods about, I’m sure they wont mind me answering you.
Rob sets up the accounts, it sometimes takes him a day or 2, I know he is around, so I would think you will be set up soon.

thanks for being patiant mate, peter is right. accounts take upto 24hrs to activate depending on when we get notification. in some cases it can be a little longer, but not often. i was just about to email you, if you can check your account in about ten minutes mate?thanks…

Hi Rob,
I’m having problems getting access too, I’ve tried to pay for Gold membership twice but the payments have not shown up on my statement as having gone through. I have had receipt e-mails saying that you’ve had them but then no access. can you let me know if the payment is getting through at your end or if there has been a problem with the payment processing.

yes, the second one went through fine mate. it should show on your statement as being deducted because i have a receipt of the transaction.
i have just check the gold access group and you are actually getting full gold access & your membership badge shows gold too.. what areas are you having bother getting into? i cant find any faults, but will gladly look into it for you now. -

Anyway I’ve read further on the “getting access to other areas” and spotted now what I missed before. I’ve paid for the membership so that should sort that out.

taraswolf, probably mate, i did this a few months back after filling my van down south with diesel. i hadn’t called to activate it 😕 😳 :lol1:

just put it through again, if it doesnt work il have to fone the bank in the morning, Do you have to fone the bank to activate a new card?

you have to phone someone mate, im sure of it.. not sure who. it should be on the card or on something that comes with the card in the post.

Rob my wife has put it through on her solo card 😛
My card should of been activated within 7 days of me recieving it according to the bank so they now have to send me another card. oops, il fone em next time lol.
