  • Ford Kuga Door Handles removal help please

    Hi
I am wrapping two Ford Kugas next week, and trying to work out what to expect…
Does anyone know if the external door handles are removed with a single screw in the back of the door like many cars these days or will I have to go in via the panels and remove them from the inside?
You tube doesnt seem to have anything on this.
If it is the former, I am happy to do it myself. If the latter, I will book them in to a panel beater.
    Thanks

    Simon

Came off easy. Single screw in the back of the door, handle splits in two pieces.
    This seems pretty standard nowadays.

I think it’s the way all manufacturers are doing handles now Simon. We started wrapping a Ford Courier yesterday that had them. I was pleased to find that we could also unbolt the wing mirrors without removing the door cards, only to find about an inch of loose cable. Door cards off after lots of swearing. I hate Ford.
