For Sale – 54" UV Lightbar
I have for sale my UV Lightbar previously fitted to a Roland SP540V, the brackets and screws are with it, not had a huge amount of use so the tube should be good for a reasonable length of time as I don’t print everyday, I tend to gather print jobs up until I can print in one run a few times a week.
Very simple to fit, you do need to drill and tap 4 holes in each leg but that’s it, profiles are available from CLS/Colorific.Just over a year ago I bought a new Roland SG540 and the person who bought my old SP wasn’t interested in the Lightbar, it’s sat in my back room since and I forgot about it until recently.

Do you have to change inks when using this and what benefits do you gain. I have an SP540v also

You need the UV inks from CSL, they can advise to the best method of changing the inks but the general process is to flush the current inks and then load the UV inks, add the ink profile to Versaworks and do some test prints. You can also get an engineer out to do custom profiles.
