For Sale: 48inch Gerber ODYSSEY Plotter

I would prefer is this is collect only due to the nature of the size, it does come off its stand and can be dismantled to get it in a long estate car (i have not tried it but have taken it off the stand before).
The gerber cutter has been with us since new and it has reached it’s tenth birthday so we recently replaced it with a wider cutter so we can profile cut stickers. This is the only cutter that I know where you can place material into it and press a button where it will automatically align the material in the cutter, you don’t have to worry about it running off track is it never does as it will make sure it’s straight before cutting.
The other nice thing is the speed, we actually run it slower then what it can do due to it’s age, it is very very fast in moving material around and has a lot of force, if anything the majority of force is controlled within Gerber Omega. For those thinking of their first cutter, well this is no Chinese cheapo, this is a world class plotter that still gives new machinery a run for their money, we very rarely get a problem as cuts very good.
This machine will not profile cut nor will it work with an Gerber Edge.

After discussions with someone keen, I don’t think they are interested now….
UPDATE:
This is £1500 + vat for pick upor if we send this by Night-freight, in a wooden box on a pallet then that would be £1600 + vat
It must go and I have got rid of the monitor now

Hi again, really need to get rid of this one also. It’s just gathering dust! offers…. you never know… one of the best plotters for material tracking ever made
