• Font info please

I’m looking for a font similar in shape to Eurostile, that kind of squarish look to it, but in a light weight. Euostile reg is too ‘fat’ according to my customer and I can’t seem to find a lighter weight in it.
Can anyone suggest something vaguely similar, something with a modern look but with a fine stroke width. I’ve had a dredge through some fonts here but can’t quite pin point anything.

I’m not looking for anyone to post me a font, just some suggestions please.

    thanks 😀

Extend Light is squarish and similar to Eurostile but it does have a small serif on it. I can post a sample if you want

Why not just ever so slighly inline it once you’re done?

that’s it Nick, but he wants something finer!!!!!!
Anything along those kind of lines would do.

Dave – I’ll have a look at that…. if I can’t find an alternative font

Shane, that ones heavier! This guy I’m doing the work for seems to think that ‘fat’ fonts aren’t modern….. 😕
I think he wants it to look as thin as a pencil line almost!!!

Nick, I don’t have anything called SL Euro. I’ve got various versions of Eurostile in ttf format and also in signlab but not a light version.

Its a Signlab font and it is just called Euro.

well I think it is, it has a v in front of it when I look at fonts in SL

Hi Nick, that’s exactly the font I used originally…. believe it or not that’s the one he thinks is too ‘fat’ 😮 😮

I’m just going to install those 2 options above into Signlab and see how they look. What I like seems not to be what the customer likes …. 😕

Sorry Marcella, my normal Eurostyle must be a bold version. 😳

He is not bothered it he probably will not be able to read it then? 🙄
