    I don’t know what it is, but I would say that it is a non commercial font, that may
    have been modified. You might find something similar on DaFont that could be tweaked.
    If it was me, I would try and talk them into something less horrible.

    it could be a bastardised font maybe reaction

    It is actually a real font called Merpati Putih.

    Agree that it’s ugly though.
