• Font ID Please

Posted by Nick Harper on November 12, 2009 at 1:15 pm

Please can anyone put a name to this font.

I’ve been told it’s not a font, but was created specifically for this job, but i think that’s incorrect.

    Any ideas?

    Many thanks,
    Nick

    Possibly something from DaFont?

Yeah, I scanned Da Font for it previously, but no cigar. It’s either a really obscure font, an altered existing font, or could even actually be someone’s hand writing using a writing tablet and then cleaned up.

If it were me I would find something as close as possible from Da Font (or one you already have maybe) and fix it up. I use to have to do that all the time when we would get a logo with a font that we didn’t have. I would have to page through this large book to find a match. It makes me appreciated whatthefont every time I use it now.

    Good luck!

Thanks for all the help everyone.

I have been told by the original designer that it’s a font called KIDPRINT, but when i looked that up, it’s nothing like what i have been given.

    Very strange.

Think i’ll have to tell them i’ll have to go with something close.

    Thanks again, it’s much appreciated.

Does the original designer not have the font to send to you? Odd.
