Peignot Bold is not right, but it does have the strong vertical/horizontal/diagonal contrast.

I’ve seen a non-flared "version" of Optima somewhere once, but I’ve never been able to find it since.

I used Optima for the line on the bottom even though it wasn’t quite right. Have used Optima Ultra now, needs a little bit of tweaking but hopefully will be close enough.
