Alan I can’t read it either I would guess it’s been made up, can you not get a better copy and scan and draw it ?? I doubt if you will find the original. maybe one of our hand painting friends can help.

I am almost certain that is a font, the transition between the T & O looks very familiar along with the serifs at the ends of the letters.

Thx lynn/george, iv been looking through thousands of fonts the last 3 days carnt find anything remotely near, iv now told the customer its either a jpeg digi print of his original which will look awfull blownup to 1mtr long or change the font, but thx anyways, 😉

what about getting vectorwise to clean it up for you?

Looking at the ‘N’ in center, it is different from the others, therefore if it was a font you would still have some editing to do. Cant hep but agree with Marcella and spend a little time vectorising it, thus allowing unlimited blow up potential.

    Cheers

My opinion, for what it’s worth – that isn’t a font. Or, if it is, it is so heavily edited as to make little difference. I’m always happy to be proved wrong though. 😀

My advice would be, if you have the time and want the work, to offer to produce some original artwork. Sell it as a one off thing that he can use for any purpose for ever, and he may well go for it. That way he gets decent artwork and you can do a job you’re not ashamed of. Everybody wins.
